Warranty and Repair Policy

Warranty Period:
Warranty is valid for 30 days on all products and services (excluding accessories). Warranty requires the original receipt. Devices which are faulty due to liquid ingress, physical damage, etc., will have no warranty on the specific component fixed/replaced. There is no warranty for the failure of any additional components at a later stage of possible progressive corrosion.

Refund Policy:
All products, parts, and services are NOT refundable.

Data Backup Responsibility:
Back up your data. It is very important that you save any data to your personal computer or SD card. Please be aware during the repair that all user software settings and data are not lost. However, in the rare event that it is lost, Break2Fix shall not be held accountable.

Warranty Voiding Conditions:
If the Break2Fix warranty label is tampered with in any way whatsoever or if the device has been physically or liquid damaged, the warranty is VOID. Additionally, the warranty is void if any other party attempts a repair.

Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to call for the status of the repairs and be prompt in picking up your device.
